Pybus Market Announces
Pybus University Classes for Spring 2022 Series
Pybus Foundation is pleased to announce the spring lineup of Pybus University classes! Classes will be held on Tuesday nights at 7:00pm from February 15th to May 3rd on unique topics for the general public. Classes are taught by local volunteers with an interest and aptitude in the subject. The public is invited to register for as many classes as they like. All classes are free and open to the public!
At this time all classes will be in person with no virtual option available (unless stated on the registration). All participants are asked to be masked during presentations and classes will be set up with social distancing in place.
To register for any of the classes, simply find the class of interest on the Pybus Market Pybus University page and click the link to “Register Now” which will direct you to the event registration page: https://pybuspublicmarket.org/events-news/pybus-university/
“While we are starting our classes a little later this season, I am very excited about the topics and presentations we are able to offer. We have topics from organic farming, foraging for nettles (with a cooking demonstration!), growing your dahlias, and creating a beautiful yard in our fire prone area to classes with tools for the family caregiver and information on how to prevent injury to maintain an active lifestyle,” said Mary Henson, Pybus University Coordinator. “Additional topics include an overview on the exciting updates to the #2 Canyon for those who love the outdoors and a wonderful presentation at the end of the series on how to put together a will or how you can leave your legacy with local area attorneys available to connect with participants. Confluence Health and Abundant Life Chiropractic will present additional classes with more information to come, so check back to our webpage frequently.”
“Our goal in providing these classes to the community is to guide you to learn something new and grow in knowledge,” said Henson. “Information on how to attend each class virtually will be provided once participants have registered. Please take the opportunity to join us on Tuesdays evenings as we showcase an exceptional group of presenters with wonderful knowledge they will share with all of you.”
