This event is a celebration of the completion of the newly remodeled event room and expansion of meeting space Pybus Market now has to offer the community. Pybus Market board of directors will be the tour guides for the day, providing behind-the-scenes tours of the space. Kids of all ages will enjoy face painting and a bouncy house, as everyone enjoys live music, Pybus merchandise giveaway’s and cupcakes while supplies last. The whole day is a gift to the community and is a free event. The first 100 attendees will receive a free Pybus art print and ALL attendees will receive a free Pybus decal.
At 11:00am, there will be special remarks by the Pybus Market board of directors, Wenatchee mayor Frank Kuntz, Community Foundation of NCW Executive Director Beth Stipe and a representative from LocalTel.
“This open house is a chance for people to see first-hand what we can accomplish as a community when we pull together. For many this will be the first time they see the results of our $1.3M remodel, including the expansive Nana Walls that provide gorgeous views of the Columbia River and Loop Trail, a state of the art sound system and 16 ft. display screen, a new HVAC system for year round comfort, and a second meeting room named the Boardroom for smaller meetings of up to 35 people,” said Katharine Grove, Pybus Market board of director and chairperson of the open house event.
“We’ll also be announcing the results of the Pybus Annex Campaign at the open house,” added Grove. “Without giving away any secrets, it’s fair to say our community has been very generous and very support of our efforts to raise $500,000 for the remodel,” said Grove. “Of course, that should come as no surprise to those that are familiar with the people of the Wenatchee valley,” added Grove.
Stop by and see for yourself the amazing new space and help celebrate the completion of the next phase of Pybus Public Market.
