On Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 12-13, 2019, the NCW Woodworkers Guild will display a variety or their projects. The Guild was started two years ago as a way to promote camaraderie and exchange knowledge by bringing together men and women who share a love for woodworking.  The membership includes amateurs and professional furniture and cabinet makers. Re[resented works will include chairs, a blanket chest, a tool cabinet made from tiger maple and inlaid with various woods, an ebony cribbage board with mother or pearl inlay, a bassinet, a special reading lamp, plus other items. This year, Guild members will also exhibit small kitchen tables they have made to donate to Serve Wenatchee Valley at the end of the show. Again, Autumn Doucet, a nationally recognized woodworker, will be demonstrating her carving skills. Stop by and visit!
