The Pybus University class on Tuesday, October 16 from 7pm to 8:15pm is entitled “Chocolate Truffle Making 101” with instructor Willow Merritt. This is a “make and take” class and a $5 donation is asked for at the end of the class to cover instructor material costs.

Do you love chocolate? Have you ever wondered how the creamy centers (called ganache) of a chocolate truffle are made? Have you ever wanted to work with chocolate but have been too intimated? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this is the class for you. Willow will show you how to make a basic dark chocolate ganache recipe, and will give attendees the opportunity to roll chocolates into truffle balls that they can dip in chocolate and roll in a variety of yummy toppings.

Willow Merritt is the owner/chocolatier of Yeti Chocolates LLC. She has been making chocolates since 2006 and wants to share her passion of the craft with others.
Maximum attendee number: 30
