Guest Health & Safety Update

We know that the novel coronavirus is on everyone’s mind and ours too. We wanted to take a moment to update you on the Pybus Public Market & LocalTel Event Center operations. Nothing is more important to us than public safety and the well-being of our community. The Market is preparing for COVID-19 in our community by working closely with local public health officials and aligning with local, state and federal public health guidelines. As such, we postponed Nick’s Bricks due to the challenges of maintaining safe “social distances” with 1,000+ anticipated guests.

We are working closely with all of our merchants and restaurants reinforcing good hygiene and sanitization policies. We hosted a meeting on Friday with Barry Kling, MSPH, Administrator from the Chelan-Douglas Health District to help ensure that the Market continues to take an abundance of caution for our many guests.

In order to promote everyday preventive actions, hand sanitizers have been installed at each of our entry doors and the entries to the bathrooms. Our merchants and restaurants are proactively sanitizing surfaces that the staff and public come in contact with. We urge our employees and guests to stay home when they are sick, or when someone in their household is sick.

At this time, Pybus Public Market & LocalTel Event Center remains open on our normal schedule and we are continuing our event schedule. We will continue to follow guidance from public health authorities as the situation evolves. We will continue do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees

We continue to be open for business – the staff and Pybus Market employees look forward to seeing you at the Market! And stay tuned for Nick’s Bricks new date announcement!
