Huck @ Pybus to Open at Pybus Public Market

Pybus Public Market is pleased to announce our newest addition to the Pybus family, Eric and Anita Decker will open Huck @ Pybus on September 1 in the former Pybus Bistro space. The Huck @ Pybus will be a Modern Rustic American dining experience featuring recipes created from years of cooking with their mothers and grandmothers in the family kitchen applying a modern twist. The Huck @ Pybus will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring eggs benedict, creative omelets, savory pork chops and rich creamy pasta – all served by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The restaurant will also feature craft cocktails and locally produced wines and beers.

“Our goal is to provide you with a dining experience that is memorable, whether meeting with friends, family get togethers, a casual lunch meeting, or an ever-anticipated date night. We strive to make you feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed”, said Eric Decker.

“The Market is delighted to welcome The Huck @ Pybus, adding another breakfast option for our many guests in addition to lunch and dinner”, said Leslie Freytag, Executive Director, Pybus Public Market. “Eric and Angie are great restaurateurs, with three other successful restaurants within the Wenatchee Valley. The Market is excited to welcome a new experience that will be available during the Market’s normal hours of operation to better serve our public”, added Freytag.
