Return to Normal Hours

The Market is pleased to announce the return to pre-pandemic hours of operation. The shops and restaurants are fully reopened to better serve our community. “We are thrilled that we are able to fully reopen to provide the best guest experience as they shop, dine and taste with our unique tenants”, said Leslie Freytag, Executive Director.

Effective Tuesday, June 1, 2021, guests will be able to visit the Market 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Here are the hours of operation for our shops and restaurants:

  • Shops and tasting rooms will be open daily, 10am – 6pm.
  • Restaurants will vary between breakfast and lunch to lunch and dinner times from 8am – 4pm and/or 11am – 9pm.

To celebrate the re-opening, tomorrow night, June 2 will kick-off the Wednesday Night LIVE Music on the concourse from 4pm – 6pm. Live music will continue between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.

The re-opening of Washington plan has enabled the Pybus Public Market to return to normal operating hours prior to Covid shutdown. In April 2021, Pybus Public Market Administration issued a public survey to the community. Out of nearly 1,500 responses, 90% of the people stated the hours of operation were ‘extremely important, very important, and somewhat important’ as to why they shop or eat at Pybus. The public response sent a clear message that it is time to fully re-open. View the entire survey here.
