Musical Opportunities
Pybus Public Market offers an opportunity for a variety of local musicians and performers to showcase their talents. In designated spaces around the market, we allow different entertainers to perform unplugged for the public in exchange for tips or donations. This adds a rich and inviting ambiance to the market and provides a greater opportunity for the performers to promote themselves in front of a large audience.
Piano
Availability:
Sunday through Thursday, 9am – 8pm
Friday 9am – 4pm
- Must be scheduled through the Pybus Market Business Office.
- Performances must be kept to 1 hour.
- No additional equipment allowed.
- The piano will be locked. You will receive instructions on how to unlock the piano when you sign up.
Organized Group Performances or Recitals
Performances and recitals for organized groups may be held at Pybus Market under the direction of a teacher/instructor.
Availability:
Monday through Thursday, 9am – 5pm
Evening availability is dependent on Pybus Staff schedule. Contact office for availability.
- Must be scheduled through the Pybus Market Business Office.
- If you would like chairs for your performance, please let Pybus Staff know. We ask that you stack the chairs on a provided rack after the performance is over.
- We as that you please be mindful of the volume level as there are restaurants and shops operating during your performance.
Busking and Other Performances
Busking (performing for gratuities) is permitted outside the west entrance on the designated spot Sunday through Friday from 1pm – 5pm.
Performances must be scheduled through the Pybus Market Business Office. No electricity available.
