Pybus Public Market is a one-of-a-kind venue, featuring event and programming space in a 1940’s steel warehouse restored to preserve the gritty look and feel of the building’s industrial past. An iconic Wenatchee, Columbia Riverfront landmark, Pybus Public Market is located just two blocks east of historic downtown Wenatchee at the convergence of the Apple Capital Loop Trail, iconic Riverfront Park and Orondo Boat Basin.

With its open and airy setting, Nanawalls that open to a 4,280 sq. ft. outdoor patio and the Apple Capital Loop Trail, is 2,732 sq. ft. and is ideal for groups of 50 to 175.

We are able to accommodate weddings, meetings, luncheons, etc.
Pybus Market has two rooms available for rent. The Boardroom can be set up to accommodate 2-50 guests and the LocalTel Event Center can accommodate a maximum of 200 guests.
Pybus Market will provide tables, chairs and audio/visual equipment including wireless microphones, speakers, screen and projector.
No, Pybus Market does not provide linens, however, we do have local recommendations and can provide contact information to you.
Pybus Market will be responsible for setting up and tearing down tables and chairs. All other decorations are allowed as long as no damage is done to the facility. No open flames, including candles, confetti, glitter or sparklers may be used inside.
You are responsible for disposing of all trash in the receptacles that are provided. Pybus Market staff will empty garbage cans and deep clean the venue after your event.
Yes, we do allow alcohol, however, all alcoholic beverages must be served by a WA State licensed Server.
Yes, if alcohol is being served. You must obtain a Banquet Permit and General Liability Insurance (aka event insurance) of no less than $500,000 in coverage. If no alcohol is being served, then you are not required to obtain any permits.
Yes, you are welcome to use any catering services you would like. You also may bring food & beverage to the site. If alcoholic beverages, please visit the question above regarding alcohol requirements.
Yes, we do have a commercial kitchen available for rent during your event based upon availability.
Yes, we do require a 25% deposit upon signing the event contract. Deposit will be applied toward total balance. If an event is 75+ guests, a $250 security deposit is required at time of final payment. The security deposit will be returned within 20 days OR when the balance has been settled, whichever is later, if there has been no infraction to the contract.
