ARTISAN DAY VENDORS
To apply to be an Artisan Day Vendor, please read below
Pybus Public Market has space in our concourse available for artisans and craftspeople to showcase and sell their unique products!
Spaces are available year-round from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. While Saturdays tend to be busiest, artisans can reserve a table Friday-Sunday.

Indoor Vendors = Pybus Market Artisan ~ (Year-Round)
Outside Vendors = Wenatchee Valley Farmer’s Market (WFFM) ~ (May-November)
WVFM are tenants of Pybus Market! They rent our outdoor space to put together a beautiful community market! *When applying through Manage My Market, make sure to select the correct market.*

All vendor applications and date requests must go through Manage My Market. There is a $15 non-refundable application fee for all vendors. Paying this fee does not guarantee acceptance.
Please submit a compelling application. The following is required to submit an application:
- Photos of your products
- Photos of your booth set up
- Permits needed for your particular business (i.e. food handlers, cottage food permit, etc.)
After applying you will be contacted if you are approved, you are required to submit the following to Manage My Market to have dates approved
- City of Wenatchee Business License or WA State Business License
- Product Liability Insurance with Pybus Public Market listed as additional insured up to $1,000,000 in coverage
Once you submit your application via Manage My Market (MMM), please allow us up to 2 weeks to process your application – it needs to go through committee approval. Acceptance is at the discretion of the Artisan Vendor Committee, and they take many factors into account when processing applications.
Artisans are those who sell a unique product or service that is made or produced by the person who is using the table. Artisans are persons or entities that make or produce a high-quality or distinctive product in small quantities, by hand or using traditional methods. Artisans are those who craft with their own hands the products they offer for sale. Mass manufactured standardized products or direct sales vendors are not permitted to rent Artisan Day Vendor spaces.

Artisan Day Vendor spaces are 8ft x 5ft, with a 5ft height limit and have 2-3 sides of exposure. Saturday spaces are $40 and any other day is $30. Electricity is not available.
Space requests are accommodated based on what is available as the reservation is made for a specific day. Pybus Market reserves the right to change stall assignments at any point. Approval is not guaranteed as there are a limited amount of spots.
