Friday Night Music: Dos Dudes
Bob Van Lone and Rob Witte play together in The Roberts and Feather River.  Sometimes they like to kick back and stretch out their acoustic chops a bit in the form of Dos Dudes.  These guys have been playing together on and off for nearly 40 years.  They like to jam out breaks and will likely not play the same song the same way more than once.  If you like inventive interpretations of classic rock tunes, you will like Dos Dudes.

Pybus University: Tips for Getting Photos off your Phone and Into View
Does your phone have a gallery of photos sitting there with no place to go? Do you want to print those pictures or make a memory book but feel like you don’t know where to start? Do you want to create a special gift for the holidays, a brag book for grandparents/parents/children/etc.? Come learn how to develop a system to get those photos off your phone and into view. Staring with the end in mind we will create a system and process, and walk through various options for backing up your photos and organizing your files on your computer. Next we’ll go over various options for printing out your photographs. See various ideas for how to put your photos together or display them to gain creative ideas from mini brag book gifts to wall galleries displayed in your home. I will share physical examples of some work I have created throughout the years and share about products and companies I use for my personal projects. Stop just scrolling through those pictures and get them off your phone or computer so you can really enjoy them today! About Instructor Mary Henson: I have been crafting in all honesty since I was a child and could cut and color. While my husband was deployed to Afghanistan with the Marine Corps, I decided to create a scrapbook about what life was like for me while he was gone so I could share it with him when he returned. I soon began to create a yearly project of our adventures together starting in 2013. I have been creating a family yearbook since then of each week in our life, including how things have changed with the introduction of my two daughters. Additionally, I create an album documented a week in our lives and create a scrapbook dedicated solely to documenting our December leading up to the holidays.

Oct 22 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Pybus University: Putting Your Dahlias to Bed @ Pybus Market
Dahlia tubers often freeze in our cold winters. If you want to enjoy your gorgeous blooms next spring, you’ll most likely have to dig and store them at the end of the growing season. This timely class will teach you how as well as how to identify the “eyes” that hold the promise of new growth. Watch a demonstration on how and when to cut down, dig, divide and store your tubers. We will discuss different methods of storage and you will have a hands-on demonstration of dividing clumps and labeling tubers. Tools for digging, dividing and labeling will be shown. Bring your questions and ideas. Attendees will receive a coupon for a free tuber at our April 2020 Tuber Sale at Pybus. For students new to growing dahlias and more experienced growers. This class is instructed by the NCW Dahlia Society. The NCW Dahlia Society is committed to supporting the growing and showing of dahlias in our community. www.ncwdahlias.org (NCW Dahlia Society) www.dahlias.org (American Dahlia Society)
