Pybus University Winter Quarter Classes Announced

Pybus Market has announced its winter quarter classes held Tuesday nights at 7 p.m. from Jan. 9 through March 20 on unique topics for the general public. Classes are free, unless otherwise indicated. Some classes have size limits, noted on each class description. Classes are generally located in front of the Cashmere Valley Bank Community Kitchen. Classes are taught by local volunteers with an interest and aptitude in the subject. Rufus Woods: “Pybus annex will be a game changer for our valley”

Former Wenatchee World publisher Rufus Woods wrote this newspaper column on July 3: “The newly remodeled annex at Pybus Public Market is simply stunning — a game changer for the market and the community at large. The $500,000 project is close to completion, although we will need to step up and do a little bit more to pay for these improvements to this community asset. Pybus Market Charitable Foundation (PMCF) board member Gil Sparks (left) accepts a donation from Tom Dye, representing the Carl Campbell family, to support the Pybus Annex Campaign, a $1.2M effort to renovate the Pybus Annex building.
