Pybus and Farmers Market Launch New Artisans Market on Friday; Regular Farmers Market on Saturday

This Friday, June 7, from 3:00pm to 8:00pm, the Wenatchee Valley Farmers Market holds its first Friday afternoon/evening artisans market.  This is a new addition to their regular Saturday (and soon to come Wednesday) farmers market.  We will have ~20 +/- craftsperson vendors in tents in our west parking lot … and music.  It should be great fun and a popular event. Pybus will be blocking off a portion of the west parking lot Friday mid-morning.

The artisans market will be held on the first and third Fridays of each month during the summer.

Pybus Market is also part of the Wenatchee First Friday Arts Walk, thanks to both the artisans event and artist Lance Dooley’s E.T. Pybus bronze sculptor work.  For more information of the First Friday Art Walk, see: http://www.wenatcheeworld.com/weblogs/wenatchee-first-fridays/2013/may/23/on-june-7th-take-a-walk-bike-or-drivefor-the-art-o/

Both events suggest Friday should be a busy day at Pybus, leading into another busy weekend.

And speaking of the weekend, remember the regular Wenatchee Valley Farmer’s Market with ~35 +/- vendors on Saturday, June 8 from 8:00am until 1:00pm.

We will have music at Pybus most all of Saturday, from 8:00am outside on the rail car …  to “buskers” all afternoon inside Pybus market itself.

Please come and enjoy the warm weather and great ambiance.  Pybus Market, a place where the old is new and the new is old.
