Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 12, which just happens to also be the “soft” opening weekend of Pybus Market. So we’ve invented a cool contest for you to honor your mother in the confines of Pybus Market. The rules are simple.
In 50 words or less, tell us what is the best advice your mother ever gave you. The top 10 entries will read their mom’s advice at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 12 on the Pybus Market rail car … and receive prizes. To enter, e-mail your entry (limited to no more than 50 words) to mother@pybusmarket.org.
There is, of course, no age limits, so the young and the not-so-young may enter.
The deadline for entries is Friday, May 10 at 12 noon. We’ll post the names of the top 10 winners on Facebook and this page on Friday afternoon. Be sure to be at Pybus at 2:00 pm Sunday, May 12 to hear some memorable “mother’s advice.”
PS — the contest has this secondary benefit … you’ll have a pre-written Mother’s Day card for your mother :)
