Well, we have some good news … and some temporary, very short-term bad news. First the good news: The winner of the two tickets to the Saturday’s Hey Marseilles concert at the Performing Arts Center of Wenatchee, a celebration of the Chelan Douglas Land Trust’s Foothills Day, will not miss the lighting of the Public Market sign.
Now the temporary bad news: Due to an electrical issue with the neon sign, the lighting will be delayed one week … to Saturday, May 18 at 8:30 pm.
Part of the sign will light, but Pybus thinks the red neon is such a signature piece … we think it is important to wait a week, until it is 100% operational.
Please join us on Saturday, May 18 at 8:30 pm, as we welcome a new Wenatchee landmark. We apologize for the delay, and hope you understand.
