We are so excited to feature Martha Flores for the month of April. Martha was born in El Salvador and studied Fine Art at California State University. Martha has a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts and a Master’s in Psychology where she worked as a mental health counselor for 30 years. Martha is passionate about the arts and calls herself an expressionist. Her art derives from feelings of empathy over the impact of what is going on in the world. She is a renowned local artist who has made Wenatchee Valley her home since 1992. She has always been involved in the arts through painting and teaching. Her work is prolific and colorful. Each piece reveals the core essence of her wild imagination and flow.
Please come down to welcome Martha on April 7th, where our First Friday Reception will be happening at Art Alley from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
