Art Alley @ Pybus featuring Terry Johnson for the month of June! Reception:  Friday, June 7th from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Longtime local artist, Terry Johnson, can be found working diligently in his home studio here in Wenatchee, WA. amongst clay sculptures, pottery, beguiling figurines, and scattered wet paintbrushes.  Terry’s art career took off here in Wenatchee in 1974 when he opened his sign business, Terry Designs.  Terry specialized in hand-painted signs, for clients in the Wenatchee Valley, many of which are classic Wenatchee apple orchard signs that have become staples here in the valley. Terry is a classical artist with a large spectrum of subjects, including an avid interest in Native American culture, portraiture, skilled lettering, large vessels beaming with personality, animated faces, and bold textile patterns.  Terry celebrated 50 years in the sign business and is getting ready to celebrate his 80th Birthday! Please come welcome Terry Johnson for his epic art show here at Art Alley @ Pybus from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Friday, June 7th. If you’re lucky, you might even get a piece of his Birthday cake!  This is sure to be a wonderful art show celebrating Terry’s wide range of accomplishments.
