Come celebrate the changing seasons with two of our favorite beer styles: Fresh Hop IPA’s and our Oktoberfest Lager. Fresh Hop beers are very special to this region; there are very few spots in the world, where one can brew and add freshly harvested hop cones hours later. The brewing process starts while the hops are still on the road from Yakima, WA. Fresh Hoptoberfest starting on Thursday, September 22nd and going through October 4th. We’ll be featuring our Oktoberfest Lager and 2-3 of our fresh hop IPAs, while supplies last of course. To say our brewers are dedicated to the fresh hop process is an understatement, each brew requires a 300 mile round trip and back to back brewing days. Join us as we cheers to their hardwork. Harvest season is hardly limited to just hops, we want to celebrate the fresh produce available locally during this time of year. In addition to our outstanding fresh hopped brews we’ll be featuring some harvest inspired menu items celebrating the abundance of locally grown apples and pears.
The Festival will culminate with a Fresh Hop 101 class on October 4th through Pybus U, a weekly educational series put on by Pybus Market, hosted by The Taproom. The Taproom will be hosting a class about the brewing process, and tasting some fresh hop IPAs. Space is limited – Register Here
