CALL FOR ARTISTS: ART LOVERS SUNDAY 2022
May 8th ~ 10am to 3pm
Art Lovers Sunday: Our mission is to enhance art education and appreciation through exhibitions and demonstrations, bringing Fine Art to the public.
Come meet some of the valleys most talented artists. Listen to artists discuss their work; discover the inspiration behind their art and take this opportunity to ask questions. Explore and handle the tools and materials our local artists use to create their work and view demonstration pieces that reveal step-by-step processes.
ARTIST GUIDELINES:
ELIGIBILITY – Artists must apply to exhibit original work in Fine Art or Fine Craft.
Fine Art and Fine Craft is visual art whose products are to be appreciated primarily for imaginative, aesthetic or intellectual content.
All artwork must be original and created by or under the direction of the artist in attendance. Work produced by any mechanical means, i.e., giclees, photo-offset, or any other reproduction technique must be labeled “REPRODUCTION” and placed in browse bins.
Accepted artists are encouraged to demonstrate their mediums by setting up a small work station to help inform the viewers about their chosen medium and process.
DISPLAY SPACE & FEES–
Each accepted exhibitor will be allotted a 8’ x 3’ table with buffer space around it. Artists must provide their own display units. Limited electrical outlets are available on request.
TABLE FEE – $30. DOUBLE TABLE – $60.
SET UP & BREAK DOWN– (Same day) Set up: Sunday, May 8th 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 am Break down: Not before 3:00pm

Please include your name, phone, email, street address, a brief description of your art, what your booth consists of and how you will be demonstrating your art.
Artists are required to submit by email 3 images representative of works to be exhibited in their booths. The Pybus Art Committee will make final selection of participants based on these images by April 29th.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE- Submissions accepted between April 5th- April 26th 2022.
SALES & COMMISSION- All works on display must be for sale. Commissions will be paid to “Pybus Charitable Foundation” at the end of show. The first $100 in sales is commission free. All sales over
$100 will pay a 15% commission payable to “Pybus Charitable Foundation” to further enhance art
education in the Wenatchee Valley.
